A director of Mittagong physiotherapy, Matthew is an accomplished ‘hands-on’ therapist and a highly experienced clinical pilates instructor. Matthew has 10 years of experience in the health and rehabilitation industry. Initially working as an exercise physiologist, Matthew then went on to complete his Masters in Physiotherapy at The University of Canberra.
Matthew is an extremely positive therapist and an excellent motivator, who enables his patients through education and exercise to take control of their health, overcome pain and achieve their goals.

- Tempo-mandibular Joint (Jaw) Pain

Outside of physiotherapy, Matthew strives to lead a balanced life, spending as much time as possible with his wife Jules, an experienced Pilates instructor herself and their 2 young children. Matthew is a keen rock climber, surfer and mountain bike rider and loves getting outdoors at every opportunity.
